Who We Are

FestMerch is the official merchandise store for UK Tribute Festivals.

We sell physical festival merchandise such as T-shirts, cups, posters, badges and other accessories.

Business location: United Kingdom

Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).

• We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on orders.

• Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s approved providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay).

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

• Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

• Estimated delivery time:

    • UK orders: 3–5 working days

    • International orders are not offered at this stage

• Tracking will be provided where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Printed, custom or clearance (retro stock) items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• To request a return, email us with your order number and reason.

Retro & Limited Stock Items

Some items are limited edition or past festival stock (Retro). These products are available in small quantities and may not return once sold out.

Slight variations in colour or print may occur.

Privacy

• We collect only the information needed to process your order: name, address, email.

• Payments are handled securely by Shopify; we do not store card details.

• We do not sell or share customer data.

Copyright & Merch Usage

All artwork, designs and festival logos are owned or licensed by UK Tribute Festivals and/or their respective artists.

Purchasing merchandise does not grant permission to reproduce or resell designs.
